We accompany and support you in person for 6 house visits (basic service) or maximum 12 (extended service for 6 additional house visits). 

5. Mediation Support: Once you've found your new home, our service extends to mediation support regarding the terms of the move. Your experienced consultant works on your behalf to secure favorable terms and ensure a smooth transaction process. Please note that the negotiation is not focused on the rent costs, rather terms of contract.

6. Documentation Assistance: Navigating the paperwork associated with renting or purchasing a property in Germany can be complex. Relosophy provides guidance and assistance in preparing the necessary documentation to streamline the process.

Please note:
The house search support requires a service contract and a code of conduct.

House visit radius includes 10km from the Relosophy office, as reference point. Additional kilometers will be calculated at the end of the service and billed in an invoice.

The support is provided over a period of 12 weeks.

The house search service has a tariff range between 1,395 - 2,495 EUR. Price varies depending on property size, location, urgency. 

Third party fees are not included.
