We accompany and support you in person for 6 house visits (basic service) or maximum 12 (extended service for 6 additional house visits).

Mediation Support: Once you've found your new home, our service extends to mediation support regarding the terms of the move. Your experienced consultant works on your behalf to secure favorable terms and ensure a smooth transaction process. Please note that the negotiation is not focused on the rent costs, rather terms of contract.
